- Prepare 1 of Beetroot, washed, peeled and cut into cubes.
- Prepare 1 of Big tomato, washed and coarsely chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 of Medium size cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes.
- Prepare 2-2.5 inches of Ginger, coarsely chopped.
- It's 1 of Large lemon.
- It's 1/4-1/2 cup of Coarsely chopped coriander leaves.
- You need to taste of Black salt.
- Prepare of Filtered water.

- Prepare all the vegetables as mentioned above. (Remember to clean the veggies well because this juice is not strained.) Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. Keep aside..
- Take a blender (if you have a juicer, use that) and add all the ingredients along with a little water into it. (Don't add too much water in the beginning as it will hinder the grinding process. Add gradually as per desired consistency.).
- Grind till you get a smooth consistency. At this stage, check for salt and add more water if necessary. Give it a quick pulse once again till everything is combined well..
