Instructions to make Sindhi Curry:
- Heat oil in Pressure cooker
- Add mustard seed Jeera and methi seeds
- Saute add curry leaves and green chillies saute
- Add gram flour saute in slow flame till light brown in colour
- Nice aroma comes. Out
- Now add water
- Let it boil
- Add all veggies leaving Lady finger
- Add salt to taste red chilli powder and cook till veggies are render
- Shallow fry lady finger and add to curry
- For tangyness soak kokum flowers in water for 5mts
- Then add to curry keep on slow flame fir 10mts
- Ur Delicious Sindhi curry is ready
- Serve hot with Rice
